6. WhatsApp or Sharing Features

If Easy Ledger includes a WhatsApp reminder or sharing feature, it may open a message with customer balance information. This message is created only when the user chooses to use the feature.

Easy Ledger does not automatically send messages without user action.

7. PIN Lock

Easy Ledger may include an optional PIN lock feature to help protect access to the app on the same device. This PIN is for local app access only and is not an online account password.

8. Data Sharing

Easy Ledger does not share your personal information with third parties except when required by law, necessary for app functionality, or with your permission.

Users can delete their saved data by clearing app storage, deleting records inside the app, resetting the app, or uninstalling the app. If data is stored only on the device, uninstalling the app or clearing storage may permanently remove the saved records.
